We hired Penny to make our wedding cake in September 2011. She came recommended from our close friend as she had also made her wedding cake. We were absolutely blown away by the result!!! It was the most spectacular cake we've ever seen. We definitely recommend Penny as an outstanding cake designer. Not only do her cakes look amazing, but they taste fantastic too! Our cake was so popular that we never stopped hearing about the design and the fact that was none left is testament enough. Penny is one of the most beautiful ladies you could come across. Nothing is too much trouble and she listens to everything you want. She added little extras a no extra cost. My husband and I were so happy with the outstanding effort and results. If you live in the area and need a cake for any occasion, Penny is your lady! Thanks again Penny. You're amazing!

I would just like to say how impressed we were with the Wedding Cake from Penelope K Cakes of Port Macquarie for our daughters wedding. First, Penny's price was very favourable. Penny's attitude & "cake side manner" made her a pleasure to deal with. Penny offered many helpful hints & insights while never putting her idea onto us. The cake was very professionally made & I could not fault the finished product. It was beautifully made & decorated & exactly as we asked it to be. Also the cake itself was a lovely cake. The combination of White, Chocolate & Raspberry Mudcakes were delicious. Also the texture was just right. Some mud cakes can be a bit dry or too heavy but Penny's cake was just right. It made a great dessert to top off the Menu. If you are looking to order a Wedding Cake or any other event cake you cannot go past Penelope K Cakes

We would like to sincerely thank penny for her effort and the AMAZING job she did on our wedding cake this April 2013. It was exactly what we wanted and at an affordable price! We used our cake as dessert at our reception and we received so many compliments, on presentation and taste. To add to our perfect experience, penny was so lovely. I found Penny to be absolutely wonderful, I had to organise my son 21st Cake from Interstate, everything was done by email and we got exactly what we requested with the cake. Nothing was too much trouble and of course the cake was delicious! Thanks Penny!

Just love Penny's cakes! She is amazingly talented with her decorating and the cakes are just so yummy. Besides that, she is just a beautiful lady, spends time to make sure what you want is what you get. Truly, a great experience dealing with this lovely person Pauline de Lepervanche.
